The people behind MasterKey.
Devon has built and sold several businesses, and spent time at SEEK. He also worked overnight as a hotel building manager, so he has seen first-hand how much the back office quietly carries.
Conrad grew up in a family that runs hotels and has spent seven years in the industry, from the front desk to senior management. He knows where the job hurts, and the operators who feel it.

Built by hotel people, not software people.
We ran properties before we built this. We know what a soft Tuesday looks like from the desk, and what it costs when the rate move happens a day too late.
Then we sat with forty more operators across Australia and New Zealand and asked what actually keeps them at the desk after close. MasterKey is the answer to that question — and every line of the roadmap traces back to one of those conversations.
